Chris Wales is President of Intangent, and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s corporate strategy, including sales, marketing, and technology. His experience in the technology sector spans a decade, including deep experience in sales performance management, sales effectiveness, and corporate performance management.
Chris holds a B.Math in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
Executive Vice President, Operations
As Intangent’s Executive Vice-President of Operations, Marcin oversees the day-to-day management of our projects and consulting team. His deep experience with Varicent implementations is now put to work ensuring that our customers are successful. Marcin’s success with projects mirrors his success on the ski slopes: take on all of the black diamond runs while navigating around the moguls. Marcin holds an Honours B.Math in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
Vice President, Services
Bela Suranyi is our VP of Services. His 10+ years of experience covers a variety of industries, with particular expertise in financial services and high-tech. With a strong background in business analytics, Bela is helping companies to increase profitability by implementing state-of-the art Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
Bela holds an MBA from HEC Montreal and a Software Engineering degree from INSA Lyon, France.
Vice President, Sales
As Vice-President Sales at Intangent, David has responsibility for leading our inside sales, field sales and pre-sales support teams. With over 25 years of sales leadership experience in various software and consulting organizations, David has worked throughout North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Under David’s leadership the Intangent sales organization is focused on meeting client requirements by delivering compelling insights and a flexible approach to building win – win business relationships.
David holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
