Intangent achieved impressive year-over-year revenue growth of 81% in 2013. This exceptional trajectory is the result of new customer relationships, an expanded team of experts, and newly launched lines of business.
In 2013, Intangent added a number of key customers from a broad range of industries.

These new customers joined other companies from the banking, technology, healthcare and retail sectors already benefiting from Intangent services.
Going forward, Intangent customers will be supported by an expanded team of professionals and a broader suite of product and services offerings.
The Intangent team has grown consistently since the company was launched in 2005. The past year was no exception. In 2013, the team grew to 25 people, including a new Vice-President of US Operations, Shaun Williams, and additional expert personnel in business consulting services. Shaun will help lead Intangent services delivery in the US and manage planned growth of US consultants.
New Lines of Business
Building on the team’s expertise in ICM solutions and services, Intangent launched two new lines of business.
- Training Services – Intangent’s team of experienced professionals have brought their wealth of implementation knowledge to the classroom. Intangent’s developed training curriculum empowers companies with enhanced flexibility, convenience and leading edge technical expertise.
- Compensation Plan Design Consulting – Intangent helps companies to develop, manage, optimize and implement ICM plans.
